Bleeding and Piercing res changed to Physical res at 10% the strength for gear/skills, 50% for mobs
Highest value wins between resistances and damage values for gear, skills and mobs
For crowd control resistances on mobs, lowest wins
All instances of damage % bonuses equal between normal and dot
All chance based damage/modifier changed to the average result of that chance
All instances of pet damage bonus and retaliation bonus changed to all damage
Other stuff:
Pet summon duration removed.
Chance-based cooldown reduction changed to regular cooldown reduction.
