since well i saw this post: Cold sigils (Trozan Set)
and i did show a quick fx i edited from the base fx on one of those posts, now im uploading it as a mod for anyone who wants to use the fx before crate makes their own reworked cold sigil fx.
this is mostly a temporary fx if you really want the current trozan set to look more cold instead of lightning. crate may later implement a better fx on their game updates.
or if you just like the fx i made 
some highlights of the fx:
- no more lightning on your cold sigils
- color adjusted to be lighter shade of blue (lower saturation and brighter blue) akin to cold damage
- swirling snowflakes
- “3D” sigil illusion

installation: drop the settings folder into the grim dawn folder. DO NOT DROP IN THE MODS FOLDER AS THIS USES THE SETTINGS MOD METHOD
