Is there a list of legendary items that only drop from a specific monster at a specific difficulty? Like Mogdrogen’s shoulder (legendary version) only drops from him on Elite/Ultimate.
Off the top of my head…
Eldritch Gaze blueprint - Sentinel
Covenant of the Three blueprint - Sentinel
Outcast’s Secret - Anasteria
Mad Queen’s Claw - Mad Queen
Other than mantle of mogdrogen, that about covers monster-specific legendaries. All require ultimate difficulty as far as I’m aware.

It would be nice we could get more info on this, i keep getting almost the same legendaries from outcast and aetherial nemesis factions. or is it just not so good luck for me:cry:

All of em except the Mad Queen’s Claw have epic/empowered versions that drop in normal/elite (also of note the Sentinel helms actually give drastically different bonuses, rather than just lesser bonuses, on their epic/empowered versions.)
And I do think Nine has the full list there. There are a few other epics that are specific to monsters, but no other legendary items I can think of.
Sounds interesting. Does anyone have any details about the epic/empowered versions of Sentinel’s helmets? I’m currently farming Sentinel for the legendary versions and it would be interesting to know if it’s worth farming him for the other versions, too. Gracefuldusk knows nothing about these …
It does, I’m not sure how you missed them. Just select only epic and then head from the list, they’re all in there.

Gracefuldusk can get some things wrong, but it’s not completely useless.

Slightly related question:
The blueprints you mentioned have regular drop chance from Sentinel, same as chance to drop a blueprint for any other helmet from him?
Just trying to understand how screwed I am if I want that blueprint, like 30 runs screwed or rather 200 runs screwed?
It took me exactly 88 runs to get both exclusive head gear blueprints from the Sentinel, so be prepared to spend some time with this …

Actually during my 88 runs on Ultimate, the Empowered Eldritch-Keeper’s Casque dropped ten(!) times, while the Empowered The Triumvirate did not drop even once.
