It would be wonderful if the enemies had some kind of signs under their health bars indicating specific immunities (100+% resistance). But, as such feature is non-existent, is there a list of monsters with specific immunities? In particular, I would like to know who is immune to life leech. It would be quite inconvenient to check the monster database every time I face a boss.
And a bit separate question: there is a set reducing freeze resistance with Olexra’s Flesh Freeze. Does the resist reduction have effect if the target is not frozen by OFF? Other debuffs of OFF do not work against freeze-immune targets.
Never tested myself. I heard some bosses can be frozen for a short while with full Mageslayer. But it’s more of a fun gimmick than a viable strategy, I hear.
Yes, but I wonder if there are others like Zantarin with 500%. By the way, is it normal that he one-shots in melee? Is he supposed to be killed at distance or is it something wrong with my builds?
He has a >2s windup that he will do against characters at a distance that sends out a shower of projectiles. If you approach him during this he’ll just shotgun your face. He won’t start to cast it if you’re already on top of him so just keep an eye out for it. If it’s not that you just need better resistance overcaps.
