Been finally looking into Mortar Trap behavior and 2 questions.

Is it necessary for the targeting to consider the usual line of sight checks? It gets blocked by all walls and obstacles and if it is between it and the enemy, the projectile lands on at the obstacle. Also, when placed near some obstacles, the projectiles will outright land at the exact same spot they were launched from, again, most likely due to line of sight checks. Considering the theme of the ability - a mortar that shoots projectiles into the sky, could this line of sight check be removed from the ability and just have it be able to target (and hit) anything within the designated range? Or is there some technical reason that makes it impossible?

The Big One. The initial delay completely kills it. It really should be the first thing the trap fires, not 3-4 seconds into its lifetime. It’s probably already the most disappointing 50 Mastery skill in the game and this makes it even worse. Even the description says:
“Loads the Mortar Trap with a devastating bomb known only as “The Big One”, which will fire towards the beginning of the trap’s barrage and then periodically loaded in subsequent shots”. It is outright false advertising. 4th or 5th shot is not “the beginning”.
I assume it is delayed to prevent The Big One spam by repeatedly replacing traps, but that could easily be done by introducing like a 3-4 second cooldown to the skill itself.
