tems of all qualities now have a small chance to drop with a randomized Ascension modifier when playing in Ascendant mode. This chance is increased by offering Soul Fragments at the altar, and enables random Ascended drops on lower difficulties. Soul Fragments no longer increase monster equipment drop rates.
