このゲームは、「ウルシ」を採集人はブルーベリーと同じように実を集めて食糧としています。
日本や中国では「ウルシ・漆」は木製品・漆器に塗る樹脂塗料の材料なのです。
「漆」は肌に触れると皮膚炎を起こします。その実を食べて、舌は大丈夫なのですか？
原語が分かりませんので、一体何を食べているのか不明です。
このゲームで「ウルシ」とはどんな植物なのでしょうか？
I wondered the same thing. I am used to poison sumac, I just thought maybe there were more uses than I realized. Maybe it needs a name change?

When I first saw the word “Urushi”, I had high hopes that high-end wooden products would be possible.

Some plants are like this. Brazilian cassava is a root used country wide, it’s poisonous on it’s raw state, but edible and very nutritious when properly prepared.

I was told that there is an edible “Urusi”, so I looked up how it is called in Japan.

In Northeastern America, I don’t know about elsewhere, there is an edible plant called Sumac.

I didn’t understand the English notation in the game that is displayed as Urushi in Japan, so I’m happy to know it.
It was a plant called “sumac” !

Also, @Taiga_OKS, mentioned cashews, and I looked it up and they are also a sumac. So I guess we need to look in the game and see if they are harvested as nuts or berries lol

Oh yes, they are in the sumac family too! Really crazy. Sumacs in-game are harvested as berries (they have the berry icon over them, as opposed to the hazelnuts which have the nut icons). A quick search netted this:
You can see the cashew, here, and the sumac, above, have similar leaf shapes and similar color to their fruits, but the pattern of the leaves is different (I used to know the names but I’m rusty) with the sumac having a “frond” of leaves with the cluster of berries in the middle, and the cashew having a more random leaf pattern with the fruit looking like a red pear or apple with the nut sticking out the bottom. Really rather interesting.
I read the article on cashews, and interestingly enough to @Taiga_OKS 's original question/comment is this: " The tree produces wood that is useful in local economies for such practical items as shipping crates, boats, and charcoal as well as for a gum that is similar to gum arabic. The resin within the shells of the fruit is used as an insecticide and in the production of plastics; it also is important in traditional medicines." So it would seem that the cashew fits more closely with urushi than sumac does. Apart from the fact that the game classifies “sumac” as a berry not a nut.
In the end, it’s just a nuance lost in translation that led to a very interesting rabbit trail.
The image of the “Urushi” was berry type, so I was worried because it was not a nut.
I didn’t notice that you said “sumac” first. Because it was beyond my knowledge.
Berries are the ones that eat the flesh like strawberries, and nuts are the core of the fruit, so I think “Urushi” in this game is soft.
