the base 36% form the gun would be enough to get over 100% conversion from aether >> cold. Lowest rolls from gear = 56%, another 50% from Star Pact, the conversion from the gun (modifier) is useless.
There’s no much effort, you only need few points to Star pact, and I doubt you’d want to go Reckless Power for a Devastation build. I do agree fire >> cold if quite popular now, but that doesn’t change the fact this gun’s conversion in the modifier is useless.
