Mythical Evoker of Elgoloth has wrong skill bonus

It’s a small detail but Lightning Tether bonus on a weapon that is clearly designed for Vindicator Savagery user is a waste. There are seperate builds for Storm box with dedicated modifiers and such.

Thing is, if we convert this useless +2 to Lightning Tether to +2 to Storm Spread (thus getting total +3 to Storm Spread) we can get our usual Vindicator to 16/10 Storm Spread, where we get another projectile (usually 2h-ranged Vindicators have +3 to inquisitor’s skills, sometimes +4). Which would totally make sense for the build meta.

Well, that would better than “+Lightning Tether” anyway, but value of +3 to Storm Spread would be hard to beat for 2h-ranged Vindicator.
