Seriously, fire and lightning resist on it makes getting decent cold resist painful splitting them isn’t entirely needed either, since lightning and fire builds usually wind with plenty of resist to either of those damage types from all the other gear.
Doesn’t help the resists on the Ultos set are still terrible 
But this is where I first noticed it as significant issue casing 20%+ caps on all resists:
Otherwise A+ tier for any Savagery and Firestrike builds, also for anything using Beronath’s Fury or elemental cadence ranged attacks (yes I am mad, yes it’s brewing in my brain).
