Mythical level drop ? Restrictions ?

Hey.

Just made my way to Ultimate for the first time (new to the game) and have found some few Legendary items.
I have seen in some builds and so on that there is Mthical Legendary items, does these have any restrictions ? (Like monsters have to be minimum lvl 90 or something else?)

Items have levels, a monster can drop items that are its level or lower.

Lots of mythicals are L94, so the monsters need to be L94+ to drop them.

I’ve started getting mythicals once I hit lvl 84-85 with my character.
