Anyone have a good handle on where MOHoM is most likely to drop? I have several years in Grim Dawn and have yet to see it. I’m not even sure where/who drops it. Help please! Thanks!

when GT doesn’t list a source it’s a random global drop (expansion tag is not a source just means it needs to be installed)
Maybe you got 2 of the other one so that you can use the Transmute feature.
