Not really. Random drop from any mob afaik.
You could try the trading threads & ask there (if your desperate for it).
it is a blue (epic) ring, so its quite common. I dont even pick up that crap anymore
Blue jewelry is quite rare, IRC i spent around 300 hours farming magelords.
I’m still missing magelord signet after 500+ hours…
Got my Magelord after ~80 hours of playing, and these were 60 hours of leveling, testing stuff, checking stuff, afking etc. Basically, when I reached level 100, and had a mediocre set, I started to farm Aldritch’s scepter for my spellbinder I wanted to make, and the same run I got the scepter I got my Magelord set. 
500 hours doing what? killing Warden Krieg in Veteran?

If person A does 500 hours Warden Krieg in Veteran and person B does 500 hours rougelikes and Crucible, who has highest probability to get at least one Mythical Starfire Ring? That is what I meant, stating how long time one has played does not mean anything
I’m after two Mythical Signet’s of the Runefather. Feel like every other piece of level 82 blue epic has, and will drop before they turn up. Super annoying!
Strange! When I’m farming, Mythical Signet’s of the Runefather drops most of the time on me. Yet no Starfire Ring:rolleyes:
If you’re on GoG (unlikely I bet) I’ll check if I have a Starfire or two to trade later on.

Yea, i also have been looking for a Luminari Commendation forever, dont think there super rare, just bad luck i guess.
