Weapon is good for Forcewave physical spamming. It have good bonuses to otherwise mediocre end game skill. FW DK or Warlord are both good builds.
Now granted skill is different thing. I have tried it and it have some targeting issue and sometimes isn’t activated when you mash the button. That and more limited range compared to FW is reason I tend not to use it on my Warlord. [1.1.9.0] Physical Forcewave spammig Warlord
