Natsu the Dragonslayer--Saboteur

Premise: A Saboteur dual wielder, whose main sources of damage are fire, lightning, chaos, and physical. I came up with this build when I found two drops on my commando: Wyrmbone Handguardsand Ulzuin’s Pyroclasm.
Shoutouts: Crate Entertainment for making the game, Most for his insight on Blast Shield, Jajaja for his Saboteur build that I looked at mostly for devotion setup, and Raiyaz for his Advanced Mechanics Guide. I killed Cronley much faster with the Adept’s dagger than without it.
How strong is it?
He could survive OP Avatar for almost a minute. I fought Avatar in normal when I was level 45 and he was 71, and in Elite I was 62 and he was 96. 26 level difference in normal and 34 level difference in elite.

I. Beginning
Ideally, it’s better to start as Demolitionist and transition to Nightblade after level 30. I started as Nightblade and became Saboteur at level 15.

A. 25ish
    1. My level 25 [Grimcalc](http://grimcalc.com/build/eyLFdb)
1a. Recommended 25 [Grimcalc](http://grimcalc.com/build/LJGePz). Dual wield pistol setup.
    2. Gear
[Gorefeast](http://gracefuldusk.appspot.com/items/1561-Gorefeast) x 2. Gorefeast carried me to level 40. It has great attack speed plus lifesteal.
        2a. Pistol gear: [Gunslinger's Jacket ](http://gracefuldusk.appspot.com/items/1184-Gunslinger's-Jacket)(25) or [Marauder's Ammo belt ](http://gracefuldusk.appspot.com/items/2326-Marauder's-Ammo-Belt)(26).

II. 40ish
1. Grimcalc
1a. Recommended Grimcalc
2. Gear
Herald’s Set (3 pieces that together give +1 to all skills) and either Conflagration Relic or Slaughter Relic (+1 to Demo and Nightblade respectively)
III. 60ish
1. (62) Grimcalcw/out bonuses + devotion
(62) Grimcalc w/ bonuses
2. Gear
Head: Glory of the Silver Knight, Praetorian Faceguard, Sharpshooter’s Glass Eye, Empowered Templar’s Headguard, Maw of Despair, Dread-Mask of Gurgoth
Shoulders: Outcast’s Burning Pauldrons, Decorated Pauldrons, Praetorian one, Divinesteel Shoulderguard
Chest: Praetorian, Sharpshooter’s Coat, Obsidian-Plate Cuirass
Hands: Obsidian Grasp, Runic Bracers, Voidsteel Gauntlets, Grasp of Unchained Might, Touch of the Everliving Glove, Wyrmbone Handguards
Legs: Hulking Legguards, Demonbone Legplates, Hellforged Legplates
Feet: Hellion Greaves, Desecrator Treads, Empowered Molten Walkers, Venomspine Greaves, Wyrmscale Footguards, Golemborn Greaves
Rings: Eternal Band, Royal Exuberance set (3), Empowered Obsidian Seal , Glyph of Kelphat’Zoth, Lifegiver Signet
Amulet: Lapis Lupus, Avarice of Androneus, Empowered Alazra’s Ruby, Empowered Amulet of the Eye, Empowered Warmaster’s Pride, Empowered Shard of Menhir, Thread of Mortality, Avatar of Mercy
Waist: Chains of Anguish, Thorn Girdle of the Misty Glade, Blade Breaker Sash
Medal: Empowered Enchanter’s Insignia, Pyroclasm Mark
Relic: Ulzuin’s Pyroclasm
Weapons: Legion Firestarter, Adept’s Daggerof the Abyss (craft; reduces enemy’s resistances), Crystallum, Grim Fate
I use Grim Fate & Crystallum when fighting mobs because both weapons have procs that hit additional enemies. The Adept’s Dagger reduces enemy’s resistance, which is good for bosses and heroes.
3. Skills
Fire Dragon’s Claw (Shadow Strike): Gap Closer

Fire Dragon’s Roar (Wyrmbone Handguards skill): ](https://imgflip.com/gif/11jbts)[/IMG]

Fire Dragon’s Brilliant Flame (Legion Firestarter skill): ](https://imgflip.com/gif/11jc63)[/IMG]

Lightning Fire Dragon’s Roar (Ulzuin’s Pyroclasm Relic’s Skill): ](https://imgflip.com/gif/11jci9)[/IMG]

Dragon Force (Flame Touch + Temper): Boosts fire, lightning, and physical damage. Also gives more OA.

Vindictive Flame + Ulzuin’s Wrath: A retaliation skill with range. The more points in it the less cooldown it has and therefore more counter attacks. It also gives hp regen and total speed.
Pneumatic Burst: Gives hp regen and total speed as well but has a cooldown.
Blast Shield: They buffed this skill up. Acts like Maiven’s Sphere.
4. Stat Distribution: 40 Physique and 10 Spirit
5. Devotion
Primordial (Blue): 18
Sailor’s Guide, Eel, Hound, Obelisk of Menhir (armor stacking), Light of Empryion (various resistances and fire retaliation damage)
Order (Yellow): 8
Tortoise, Lion, Dryad (grants healing on attack)
Eldritch (Green): 4
Scholar’s Light (elemental damage)
Ascendant (Purple): 1
I plan to acquire Messenger of War for more armor stacking and retaliation damage.
I’ve tried the Green and Red route, which gave a lot of fire damage but little defense. For example, Blind Sage gives 100% more to both fire and lightning. However, the skill sucks and it costs too much.

None of those links work lol, so your build is an anime picture

I don’t seem to have an issue with any link posted. Took me to youtube for the video, took me to the calc for the build. Sounds like you should check a few things on your browser.

He edited it after the initial post

Guide is done.
