Necrotic Edge needs changes

im mega casual, so might not exactly come as a surprise, but switching NE off/on on my 2h Oppressor i can’t tell a thing
i can tell a difference switching the same build, with 0 modifications, to reaping arc instead tho
-then again, i also never noticed AQC or zolhan gimping me, back when when it was sorta universally agreed upon a build would be better blank attacking than with those, #Casul4Life

does seem weird tho to have such consensus and feedback videos, and still be refuted tho, wonder what’s missing

Do autoattacks and WPS still get slowed down during FPS drops in crowded areas? Is that contributing to the problem?

For me yes, they do. And it depends on the animation somehow. For instance, Execution animation is smooth in any environment, but some WPS get slowed down by a lot.

Is it possibly based on number of targets of the WPS? Single target vs multiple?

Frames (Total / Hit / Interrupt Animation)

Dual Wield:
Belgothian’s Shear’s: 18.66 / 9.33 / 14.66
Zolhan’s: 17.63 / 8.14 / 14.92
Necrotic Edge: 17.6 / 5.6 / 13.6
Jump Attack: 13.9 / 5.57 / 9.74

2h:
Zolhan’s: 17.63 / 8.14 / 14.92
Necrotic Edge: 17.6 / 5.6 / 13.6
Jump Attack: 13.9 / 6.96 / 9.74

1h:
Zolhan’s: 17.63 / 8.14 / 14.92
Necrotic Edge: 17.6 / 5.6 / 13.6
Jump Attack: 14.6 / 6.96 / 9.74

If there are anomalies caused by low FPS, then I’m afraid there isn’t anything I can do to address that.

Can you please specify what those numbers are? First column is frames required to complete animation at 30 fps and 100% AS? And then the portion of frames after which the hit occurs? Are these present values or adjusted for .9.2?
