Need advice for trickster

So Ive been using this guide @S.E.P_Ralf [1.2.1.4] The cold assassin - HC Beginner Cold SS Trickster - From the scratch to easy endgame farming! for a trickster build.

Now that I’m at the home stretch i cant figure out whether the affixes on my MI drops are good or not.

I know that i could just keep farming until i get the same affixes that are in the guide but that doesn’t really help me judge which ones are good for a particular char.

Even though i know the very basics like augments, and components and the 3k OA and DA for a good build, I cant seem to figure out a way for my build to reach that standard with my own judgement.

Basically asking for some tips on how to make the build better without relying too much on a guide :smile:

Btw my main goal for this char is to do SR25 comfortably thats all.

For the weapons, you want affixes with cold damage. That should be pretty straightforward to understand. You can play around in grim tools and see what those affixes are called. “Chilled … of Frostbite” is the most basic affix combo.

Hi! Look for OA or DA (or both) affixes while farming your gollus rings, i see you’re not using them yet.

Use skyshard augment from coven of ugdenbog on rings and amulet, this will help boosting the OA too.

On the swords, look for cold dmg affixes (OF FROSTBITE, CHILLED, GLACIAL, etc…)

At this lvl i think you can farm for your ilgorr’s vigil medal, and i would attach an arcane spark into it.

Try covering resistances and boosting OA and DA on the other pieces of armor too

Hey, I tried your advice and it worked like a charm.
Your build and guides are amazing :smile:, I went to try lokarr at lvl97 and i killed him, and its a consistent kill too.

Thanks for your guides my inner Alt-oholic is pleased.

You’re looking for Assassin’s prefix and Amarasta’s Flurry suffix. Respec your skills so that Shadow Strike is at 26 and Lethal Assault is at 22.

Nature’s Bounty is also a great suffix for you. Any affix with a skill bonus you can use is good.

I don’t think the guide is showing optimal items and affixes. It looks like a self found character.

yes, the guide is totally SSF.
