Hi, your gears are okay except pants but there are three main problems. 1) Your resistances aren’t capped. 2) You don’t have any resistance reduce in use. 3) Bad choice of skill points distribution.
Answer of 1); is augments and components and maybe some gear change if necessary. You can farm solael pants with good resistances.
Answer of 2); some skills doen’t worth investing after some point unless you have excess points, in your case your points are tight and you should redistribute them to hardcap your main skill and nodes, which are Primal Strike, Torrent and Storm Surge.
Answer of 3); Wind Devil has resistance reduce which will increase your dps without increasing sheet numbers since enemies will be vulnerable to your damage type. And Widow constellation has the same effect which will stack with Wind Devil’s Raging Tempest node. There are also different type of resistance reduce that stack with the above(3 in total, -%X reduce, %X reduce, Flat number reduce), Elemental Storm might seem more suitable but you should also get Revenant constellation since it’s on your path. Viper constellation’s last node and Ultos’s proc has the same effect which won’t stack with each other but they will stack with others. Basically, you stack as much as you can of -%X reduce, you get one %X reduce and one X reduce. Getting Viper/Ultos like RR on other damage types are a bit tought though…
There is also another small problem, doesn’t really matter in campaign but it should help, which is damage reduction. You don’t have any, there is a component for that you can use or you can use War Cry.

Since you’re already that far in ultimate, maybe it’s time to switch to Savagery? Lightning Strike is pretty weak in endgame, you know…
Now, about your build.
- Max Primal Strike, Torrent and Blood Surge! That’s your MAIN skill, FFS, how can you NOT max it?
- Max Raging Tempest and keep at least one Wind Devil up. Reducing enemy resists is imperative in this game. Not to mention Wind Devil itslelf forces some attacks of Father Kymon to miss.
- Put 1 point into Wendigo Totem and Blood Pact. Extra life leech from totem is surely worth it in boss fights.
- Get Rhowan’s Crown constellation and bind to Primal Strike or Wind Devil. As i said, reducing enemy resists is imperative in this game.
- Try getting more lifesteal. For example, with Fox, Toad and Revenant constellations, instead of useless crap like Hammer, etc.
You know, you dont have to max Soldier mastery if you dont use any skills at 50 points breakpoint. You also dont have to max Fightning Spirit and Menhir’s Will.
You also need damage reduction somewhere, maybe a weapon with Tyrant’s prefix? Ultos set isnt as good as it looks like.

Will nobody mention piloting? Running in correct way is the most important factor that allows me to win. It turns the fight from rage-inducing to quite easy. Just stick to centre of arena and run around it, dodging his attacks at the right moments. Fiery geysers won’t hurt you there. I actually wish it wasn’t so easy to “by-pass” this fight.

in fact the intention of my build was oriented at first with full lightning devotions, that is, spear, tempest, widow and ultos, I wanted the full screen lightning flying everywhere xd (I don’t know if it will be possible) but it did not give me good results and that’s why I came to ask for help, from what they are explaining to me, the bad performance of my build is due to bad choices of devotions and some other component and equipment, thanks!! Yes, you cant make a successful build with lightning devotions only, without taking other things into consideration. I’m not even sure if Spear of Heavens is worth it - it takes too much affinity to reach it. Yes, you get nice bonuses from Spear of Heavens, but you waste too many points on weak or even useless constellations to reach it. I’ve seen few up-to-date lightning builds, and made one myself, and they dont take Spear of Heavens. At very least, it isnt a no-brainer, unlike Ultos and Widow.
You can see the setup for my 2-h ranged lightning savagery vindicator.
Rhowan’s Crown is probably the BEST devotion for almost every fire, cold or lightning build. It provides the best RR among all similar constellations, and it’s AoE one with high proc chance.
Another problem with your build is that Soldier isnt really suited to be a “support class” for lightning damage build, because it doesnt have any resistance reduction for it. It provides only a few buffs and passives, but Oathkeeper can do the same while also providing resistance reduction. Physical damage or retaliation suits Warder more. Sure, you can still make a lightning Warder and beat all enemies with it, but it probably wont be an optimal class choice.
