How can I improve this niche build to beat Crucible 150-170 (extra spawn, buff or no buff) and endgame contents in general? Advice is much appreciated.
The one thing that I can see is that your CC res is a bit low without Ascension. Did you get stunned or trapped?
I have 60% Stun res and 30 Trap res without Ascension. Would that be enough?
No, you ideally want 70+ stun resist at least, otherwise you can and will get chain stunned by enemy attacks.
Also, you shouldn’t using Bone Harvest, because it doesn’t buff your damage anywhere near enough. Points should go into Ill Omen and Mark of Torment. Plus you build lacks enough circuit breakers to stay alive. So this is what I’d recommend:
Less damage, but a fluffton more survivability and more DA. Needs a better rework though, since it really doesn’t have enough OA, but I need dinner already. And it takes a while to adjust this for to make it better.

So I tried. I followed your tweaks and tried Crucible 160-170 (no extra spawn with Ulo and Amatok blessings). Died at wave 170. Very low sustain even with a couple of circuit breakers. Can’t kill nemesis fast enough. Once I get swarmed by a couple of nemesis, I’m basically dead.
I guess niche builds like this aren’t strong enough to do Crucible. You are welcome to improve this build if you’ve got better ideas.

BTW, out of 5-6 tries, I’ve only managed to win once, so long as Reaper and Kaisan don’t spawn. Otherwise, I’m as good as dead.

Try this skill setup. Note that I didn’t fix the resistance. You definitely want stun at 80 though. I moved some points from Clarity of Purpose and Oathkeeper into Siphon Souls, and got aether conversion for that. It should do much more damage, and thus leech much more health.
