Not sure about the mechanic on medal dmg conversion, whether pierce->ele->acid is working. And my biggest concerrn is the conversion on helm, it may screw up the whole poison dmg.
Also not sure about devos and optimized equipment. So yea this is quite messy but I’d like some feedback before investing time into levelling.
Checked the build compendium but I guess theres a reason I found no poison deceiver -_-.
Before I even look at the build, damage can only be converted once. You cannot convert pierce->elemental->acid.
Looking at the build, both DA and OA are low but not critically low. Sheet damage is pretty low but that’s not always indicative of a real problem. Devotions are unfocused but you have the big two, manticore and murmur. Venom launchers, I’ve never used them but I can see how they’d work with Radaggan set. I guess what I’m saying is it’s not a good build but it’s not so appallingly bad as to get my eyes rolling
You should lose the luminari commendation for sure, but I don’t see much else to replace it with. Maybe an incorruptible something of readiness or of attack.
I’ve done quite a few pyro versions of dual Ugdenbog Launchers - which have been fun enough. And although I’ve not played a Deceiver, Inquisitor is generally a much more versatile/durable mastery than Demo and has a more optimal variety of item support.
You do have both a fair bit of acid RR and some vit RR which means the gear conversion split probably won’t be that significant. It’s possible that it may prove helpful on some things (such as the Nemesis Alex who has 95% acid resist, iirc).
Re: your conversions
Both Radagan’s ele->vit and Udenbog ele->acid are global (same conversion step). Which means they will share the conversion, adjusted from the total 120% ->100%
ie.
ele->acid = 2x 45% out of 120% or 75% conversion. 25% will be converted to vit.
So yes, Radagan’s will impact your damage somewhat. (90%->75% acid conversion).
As mentioned, damage is only converted once. So pierce-> ele means that you will simply have produced some extra elemental damage; this is the final type for that converted pierce damage and it will not be converted again.
It looks like you may be thinking of stacking dot, which is fine. But if not intentional:
Re: the pistols.
If focusing on non-dot, I think you’d be better off with an elemental prefix or Corrosive for extra flat damage - it will likely mean higher flat and ultimately higher dps when taking attack speed into account. It’s not that hard to find an Ugdenbog Launcher “something flat” of Alacrity in Act 5 ( it may require a few farm runs of Gloomwald to Coven).
For devotions, I personally like Dead God (+Blizzard) for non-dot focus, but that would mean losing Abomination/Ulzuins. This definitely depends on what you like as far as dot/non-dot ratio and playstyle is concerned… and some just don’t enjoy the mechanics of the Dead God proc. But generally it is better to focus on one, if possible, in order to maximize dps. Dot’s only benefit from attack speed is more opportunities to override with a higher damage roll (ie. crit); the damage ticks are not affected by the attack speed.
Anyways, devotions and skills can be respec’d at any time - so that’s not really a big deal.
And finally, since you do have some vit RR in your build, investing a point in Second Rite nets you 20 flat vit.
Do you think this would be a better version? (I changed the medal for some unrealistic sht, which I do not own obv, however I do have it on a simple medal.)
In the first version I was all about getting as many ele/poison dots as I can, hopeing to get good poison ticks. Also if I give up on dot heavy I guess I can remove many skillpoints from WPS aswell.
On weapon: I did not wanted to post venomfang of venomclaw weapons cause they are unreal to get. Just something I do have or farmable in a few runs.
Your defense doesn’t need to be this high, though. High is good, but ~3k, AoC and Seal for some DR … is pretty decent. I’d recommend putting a bit more into offensive and trying Blizzard (Blizzard is very OP with high crit chance) for a little faster killing. Ultimately it’s your preference.
Fiend would be better than Bat for you, since high attack speed DW can keep the proc consistently active (and with consistent up-time, this proc is pretty strong at close range). But you can compare them and to respec is pretty easy. ymmv depending on what you attach the proc to.
Also: if you are feeling adventurous, you can try Tsunami (with some juggling, swap Fiend for Tsunami) - the entire cold/lit converts to an interesting wave proc. etc. . Or some other elemental procs as the high elemental conversion has a lot of flex potential for experimenting with various devotion procs
Edit: you certainly don’t need Bat for healing…SoC and 4% adcth will do that job! And Ghoul in an emergency. (not to mention 2x healings…BoD, WoR)
I’d recommend attaching Hungering Void to something that lets you actively control that proc window, like DEE, or other. That way it is not on CD when you really want to use it.

I thought the Luminari Commendation was ok, certainly until you find a good alternate. Luminari gives flat elemental, flat DA, seal bonus for more flat DR, more flat pierce and elemental through AE, and the 30% pierce->ele conversion is not that big of a deal as you have no pierce RR anyways… shrug
