I recommend the Lightning Trozan Druid (3rd built quoted by @fordprefect) because Trozan Fallen Comet and Eyes of Anubar orbiting the character look freaking awesome.
You can also play something different which is Lightning Forcewave Warder using Storm Totems and Wind Devils as well
