Very few of these around, I’ve seen it drops more in the cave of the wendigo in Barrowholm, so I need to be hostile to them to have more chances?
Is there another place to farm for this item? I wanted to remain friendly with barrowholm 
you can look up that monster in the grim tools monster database and find that they also spawn in the forlorn cellar
That cellar is before the cave of the wendigo, can only enter it if I’m not allied with Barrowholm too…
Ok, I just got hostile with Barrowholm, farmed the cellar and the wendigo’s lair 3 times and got 12 of these crossbows… I need this if I want to play around this weapon. Well too bad barrowholm!
barrowholm aint a nice crowd to be getting in with anyhow 
Are you in Ultimate? You can be the enemy of Barrowholm to farm the crossbow in Normal and Elite and then be allies with them in Ultimate.
I’m on normal, I guess I’ll do that…
Any difference in the drops between Elite and Ultimate if I’m level 100 ?
The version you get is dependent on the level of the enemy. In Ultimate there’s an higher chance to drop monster infrequents compared to Normal and Elite. Same for the quality of affixes.
If you want stuff from their faction store AND farm them to death, go friendly in normal and elite, reach revered, buy a ton of augments/items/whatever then go hostile in ultimate. Be sure to buy enough stuff to last the character forever.
