I am trying to craft the desolation relic for the PS shaman i am leveling and one of the requirements is the squall relic, which i do not have the blueprint for. I have all of the mats for it, really appreciate the help if anyone has the squall blueprint.

random, he spawns with a couple blueprints each time, you just reset him until he gets the one you want
i was confused by those threads having the dlc names and also seemingly not having any activity for the past year (?) which is why i posted in general
