I was wondering about the new nemeses having so many spawn locations.
Maybe I remember wrong, but I had the idea that pre-AoM people on both sides generally agreed that the nemesis spawn system was flawed and could’ve used some adjustments.
So I was surprised to see that the new nemeses seem to have exacerbated the problem—the Aetherial Vanguard one has 39 potential spawn points by my count, that’s crazy.
What do you think about it?
Personally I never bothered looking for them outside of Fab, which I stopped doing after his loot was nerfed.
I just do farm runs which hit a few of the potential spawn spots and if I run into a nemesis I’ll include it in my run, but that’s about it.
with the upcoming removal of chupalupa indoor spawns he’ll be relatively easy to find given how densely packed his spawns are. I agree aleksander is a chore to find and grava is mildly obnoxious being located in chthonic zones (but is otherwise pretty easy to find).
If I run into fabius I kill him, I farm zant for his shoulders, mostly ignore moosi when I see him because 9/10 I’m doing SoT and can’t be arsed to spend time in freezeland.
Having to hunt down the Nemesis bosses always seemed really odd to me. Given their power and apparent reason for showing up at all, you would think that they would be the ones hunting and tracking us down instead.
