i would realy like it if the nemesis bosses would invade us anywhere/anytime while playing the game instead of just idleing at specific spots.
factions with nemesis rep realy realy hate us and they sent their best killers to hunt us. no?

Would be nice but you’d be guaranteed to die, imagine having fabius and moonsilake or iron Maiden coming after you at the same time…

well, not all at once of course.
I’d imagine to be able to have only one chasing you at a time would be extremely complicated let alone decide which one gets to chase first to write if it’s even possible with current technology.
I can’t think of any game at all that actually has enemies that hunt you down…

they would be just random encounters as normal champs. so it should be incredible easy to get that done tbh.
The way you are explaining is the way it currently is right now

Warframe (One of their better ideas). D3 on consoles actually also has something like this. Dark Souls could qualify (though it’s PvP invasions, I don’t see why they couldn’t adapt that to bots).
This seems like a cool idea. I don’t know if it’d be that hard to implement, depends on how far you want them to go you need them to have some long-range pathing and things like that. And to not get stuck in stuff.
RIP Hardcore players.
I don’t like this idea at all. I think some people would just find it a hindrance. Not all characters are cut out for defeating Nemesis bosses despite having little or no trouble with the campaign bosses. It’s easy enough to hit Nemesis status with Aetherial, Cthonic, and Undead factions in Ultimate now without even farming rep. Some of my characters have to avoid Nemesis bosses and I’m not usually happy about having to avoid them when all I want to do is complete the campaign. I’m all for insane challenges for those who want them, but you don’t really opt-in for Nemesis bosses, they just kind of happen to you as you play the game.
I would agree that it probably would make sense, but in a gameplay context of GD, would just cause more problems for players due to several reasons stated by the guys above me. Logically/technically it is doable but I for one, have specific builds that can hunt nemesis bosses and some that just avoids them. I don’t want my squishy guys facing the inevitable whenever/wherever even if they come one at a time.
well you could just run away still or not?
Nemesis bosses dont stop chasing you after they’ve got aggro on you. Not really sure how that is affected by rifting to another zone, but still…
Would be fun if a specific nemesis can spawn around the vicinity and start hunting you after you have reach very high count of killing their croonies. But it probably shouldn’t relentlessly hunt for you after it killed you for the first time I guess.
they should act as headhunters and not as lazy-chill-at-one-spot-dudes. do it CRATE
The Witcher (first one at least, never played the others) also had a Bounty Hunter who would endlessly hunt you down depending on certain actions you took in that game…he sucked. Hard.
