with newer MIs being more rare

I’m sorry why is this a thing? Its not like ‘newer MI = better item’, newer MI means its just for different types of builds and why is there discrepancy in rarity for different builds.

MI’s in general are no longer a thing. All you need is 1 and Ashes of Awakening to upgrade.
This is to give you something new to discover late game.
