I have been farming on ascended mode with max spawn rate for nemesis bosses using the alter and I have only received 3 warrants in 5 hours of playtime. I went dry on atherial warrants on their nemesis boss and several others for more than 5 kills already. The spawn rate seems fine for nemesis, it’s the rarity of the warrant that’s uncomfortably grindy. I need them for each new build and it’s taking forever for me to get them.
strange, I would say that the drop rate is in a good place right now. I think that after the FoA release, around 1 in 4 Nemesis drop their warrants.
There’s no bad luck mitigation and a 25% chance to drop is low enough to cause rare cases where I don’t get any past 10 kills. Or just one. But I need many for multiple characters. I don’t see a reason for it to need to be rare. Why can we buy reputation mandates easily but not warrants? It doesn’t make sense.
