I think we’ll see a few modifiers like the ones introduced in FG, adding more cooldown in exchange for more power. Or the other way around, removing cooldown with a damage penalty.

The thing is most of CoF RR modifiers for chaos are located on amulet slot.
Conduit is an amulet. Requirements met.
