Don’t change the gun! Lifesteal is far better than that Panneti Wand. I have ele PRM build with that gun that can almost do SR 90. Only Iron Maiden and Fabius were tough and it was slower. With these changes it will do SR 90.
Even used dual gun for more %WD and lifesteal but energy regen was bad without off hand in boss rooms.
To me the wand seems useless compared to the gun.
