For some reason, not all chars were apparently saved to the Steam cloud, on my new system. The option is always on by default on steam and grim dawn, but after I downloaded the saving there are still only 4 chars in the list.
Is there any solution to this problem or are the saved chars simply gone?

transfer them manually from your old system?
if you had cloud off ingame at anypoint that could easily explain it, since to use steam cloud the setting need to be on both ingame and in steam client
I think there are just gone, obviously I forgot to activate or reactivate the cloud save.
Good, I will just level all of them up again, haha.
