So, I just wanted to pop by the forums and introduce myself real quick!
I go by Soup, and that’s usually what I start most character names as. I played D2 until my eyes bled and gave D3 and honest effort. When Blizz failed I jumped on the GGG wagon and have been dedicated to Path of Exile. I started playing GD to kill some time before A4 comes out in PoE.
Anyway, I have to say I’m incredibly impressed by Grim Dawn so far! It started out kind of slow, but once I got used to the play style and how leveling, gearing, etc would function, it’s gotten a bit addicting.
I just killed Krieg as a Warlock at level 19. I’m mostly using Pox and the curse for damage with Dreeg’s Eye. It’s tons of fun so far, but I’m considering rerolling now so I can redo my skill tree and character points. Any advice is certainly helpful and I wouldn’t mind playing a few hours with a GD vet.

I got to say, I am impressed you managed to come by Krieg with Pox and DEE, both skills are rather underwhelming compared to others… xD
Yeah, that’s fairly impressive…DEE is arguably one of the worst skills in the game, and Pox is only slightly better.
I felt the same way about the games you’ve played. Except I am didn’t get as into PoE as you. I think it held me 8 months and then I was done. I couldn’t keep up with the monetary price increases.
Imo d3 is horrible. and from what i read it seems most people only thought it was horrible because of the rmah. But imo the core game SUKZ! epic fail. But gd is really really good. Glad u made ur way here! enjoy ur stay!
