Why did only some items get these High End crafted recipes?
Grim Calc shows them as being able to roll both prefix and suffix, is this right?
The weapon versions even get skill modifiers.
Looks like theres only versions for Axe, Scepter, Gun, 2H Mace and 2H Riffle
Then you have 1 for Shields, 2 for focus, 2 for Boots, 3 for belts & 2 for medals.
can definitely help fill the gap until you get your endgame gear, but where are the rest of the slots
I am interested in knowing if they spawn with double prefix as well. Most new GT links I use Redeemer treads, but on some I switch to Yellow boots. Mostly cause I aināt sure if they can spawn with double prefix
The tool wonāt let you have double affix if the particular base canāt have it. And the recipes are much cheaper than the usual single affix rare crafts.
These yellow items are 1000 times better then the green recipes, so if they can roll both and are cheaper then the crappy green recipes is crazy
Correction, these yellow items are ābetterā because most green crafts donāt have AoM equivalents. RIP masterās spellblade.
Also, if vanilla boots crafting is anything to go by, you will need to blow A LOT of mats for a well rolled double rare.
Yes, these craftable items can have double affixes. Although whatās not listed in grim tools is the cost in iron - 35k.
what else do you need the mats for other then crafting. especially now that you will be able to store them in the shared stash.
And you donāt need double rare items when using crafted gear as a stop gap to endgame gear. Only Boots usually are crafted for endgame gear as the legendary boots are kind of meh and there are no MIās.
They need to make at least 1 new yellow recipe for all item slots.
All my characters have at least a million iron bits some quite a bit more. And i have many characters uploaded on mediafire.com
Wtf are you talking about? No one crafts boots as a stop gap to endgame. They are the endgame equipment. And you are underestimating how much more expensive the yellow crafting compared to white one. The rare mats donāt even matter for this.
Condrats, you will be able to craft yellow boots approximately 30 times per character before running out of bits. And 10 such characters will burn through 300 Scavenged Platings. Double rares pop up on average every 100 crafts. So even if you are lucky and got a useful double rare each occasion, thatās only a 3rd of characters equipped with top-tier boots. Once you start to farm crafting mats, you realize that scavenged plating is a low level component and thus doesnāt have a drop bias from anything.
And thatās only for boots.
Maybe you should actually read my post where I clearly said only boots are made for endgame fucking crafting. What are you fucking stupid and cant read much Mate?
And again only thing mats are good for is crafting so why not use them to fucking craft. Nothing in this game is that hard to get. Plus they arenāt using extremely rare crafting components for the gear.
and I said my characters all had at least 1 million iron bits or more. I have 137 characters 20 of them with over 10 million iron bits. So again I ask you what else can I use this for if not crafting. And for every item other then boots which I stated you dont need double rares since they are used as stop gap items.
This game needs a money sink otherwise it just collects and is pointless. Hence crafting is what it is for. 35 K iron isnāt that much to craft said items.
What is the point of your bitching over yellow recipes then? Exitising slots is enough to blow your 10 mil in one go and clean out all mats.
Also itās not 35k, more like 3 mil per useful craft.
Donāt forget that our crafting is getting a MASSIVE boost as well. Hopefully significantly more of those crafts will be useful than were they created in the last patch.
You seriously have a reading issue as Iām not bitching about them. Was just asking if they really rolled both affixes and wondering why their arenāt more. Try hooked on phonics it did wonders for my PA.
Iām saying that right now iron bits are pointless and thatās why I have that much on my characters. Having high cost crafting items for stop gaps is great.
And stop making shit up with those items you will get plenty of useful items. With them you donāt need double rares. Hell you donāt even need a second affix if you get 1 good one.
I didnāt know this
These yellow items are 1000 times better then the green recipes, so if they can roll both and are cheaper then the crappy green recipes is crazy
doesnāt count as bitching.
And I am saying your ten millions isnāt much, especially due to new crafting recipes.
By your logic, there is no need for legendary items either, because you can get by with epics just fine. There is an extra incentive for your rare items slots being double-rare, since more resistances on items = less resistance augments = more of this augment. In ideal world you can get up to 18% health bonus on top of capped res, which is better than just having capped res.
Whoa, thatās cool. Thanks, Rylocke for showing us that quote from Zantai! It basically makes me want to stop arguing on the internet and simply celebrate our ability to disagree while still being bonded together by love of Grim Dawn.
