I have started this very nice game yesterday, im lvl 17 now, and im enjoying the atmosphere, the history, etc, very good game.
But, i have some questions, and i will list them here.
1 - How the items rarity, and their color, works?
2 - There is any “guild” system, or something like that?
3 - The market of the game works using trades/sales of items here in the forum? (I ask this because i didnt see any chat)
1.: White < Yellow < Green < Blue < Purple. However Some greens can be BiS as they can roll really good stats Also, don’t think that in all cases yellow is worst. As some combinations are really good (and I’m still using them in Ultimate!).
not that I’m aware of. check the other forums to see if someone is organising something.
Ty for the answer, mate! But now i have few more questions, haha:
1 - I have a lot of components, should i merge them to save slots?
2 - So, what is the “name” of the itens rarity? (I mean, white = common; yellow = rare; etc, i just assume the purple are the legandaries :D)
White - Common
Yellow - Magical
Green - Rare
Blue - Epic
Purple - Legendary
About the merging components, yes always merge them. You get higher stats when they merged and a lot of them have skills when they are fully completed.
Surprisingly enough, Zantai (I think it was) recently refered to Legendaries as Uniques in another thread. Not sure if the two terms are interexchangeable in GD, or if we just use Legendaries as a habit - while it is coded as Uniques.
1 - To kill again a boss (Krieg), i just need to create a new game?
2 - How the difficulty of the game works? I need to end the game in one of each, like Diablo and PoE? I chose what i want to play?
1 - yep.
2 - yep. vet is normal only difficulty enhancer, elite and ultimate are unlocked by beating the previous difficulty. You can’t play veteran elite/ultimate.
1: The next act starts when you kill the act boss. Warden is act 1 boss, Cronley is Act 2, etc. So yes, you are in Act 3 now.
2: If you’re asking when you unlock the next difficulty, that happens when you kill the Act 4 boss(the final boss of the game). Then you can go to the main menu, and that character will have Elite difficulty able to be selected. If you’re asking what level you should unlock it at, high 40’s to low 50’s is what you should aim for. Generally aim to be at least 47+, complete side quests if you aren’t there yet before going for the end boss. Both of my characters faced end boss at 52, completing almost all quests and killing a lot of enemies along the way.
But, the Act 3 and 4 shows me the entire map? I mean, near entire west coast is there… its many areas! Or i can get to this areas doing “after end” stuff?
I think the Act 3 Boss is the Sigil of Chthon (second form). Its in a room with stairs leading out after you kill it.
Act 4 is short, it follows the coast after the above boss, gets you to Fort Ikon (if you’re here, you are Definitely in Act 4 ), and then on to the Necropolis here the final boss is.
PS, I find the second to last boss harder than the end boss once you learn the mechanics of the final boss fight!!
Once you’ve played lots and can twink a fair bit, you end up facing the final boss on veteran at about lvl 45/46. 44 if it is super overpowered
To be honest, the acts don’t mean anything. It was sort of the order that the content was released in so makes it easy for people to identify the rough bit of the game they want to talk about in general terms.
