I;m honestly surprised leviathan mods were so easily dismissed just cause NB has no RR.

It’s fun but no damage unfortunately. If that skill mod added some % WD to ABB, there could be some variety with Leviathan ABB even for Crucible

I think it was dismissed because ABB used as anything but a Lethal Assault vehicle is underwhelming. Maybe if it had flat CDR to ABB or Veretragna’s suggestion for extra WD, it would synergize well. Also, Leviathan, Soldier, and Nightblade together is just way too far on the tank side of tank vs DPS, and I say this as someone who gets nervous playing any build with less than 14k HP.
