Upon upgrading town center to T3 and midway there taxes are to be received, I keep receiving the message “No Gold Storage”. Even when the upgrade is complete, message keeps appearing and taxes from markets cannot be received since I had no time or the proper resources to build a gold vault.
I had this message only on my hardest difficulty map settings.
Pioneer and Medium never had this pop up, but vanquisher did.
Strangly, if i transfered the global gold to the trader i got the gold back into my global storage.
First time i build a vault because i needed it, instead of “well i got the mats now, i don’t care, let’s place it”.
have a T2 village (pioneer, lowland valley) with a vault that has no way to transfer gold to it. It has one armour shield and one weapon and that is it. Plenty of gold ingots end up lying around, but no way to put it in the vault? How do you transfer gold ingots?
Same here. I have a lovely shiny vault that has never had a gold ingot in it…

Seems like there is a bug where the gold is supposed to be in the vault but it doesn’t show up.
Mainly gold that is transferred from the Trading Post.
I do get gold in my vault (had 3000+ the other day), but usually made from taxes and foundry.

Right now, all transfers from the trading post to global storage don’t actually get moved. They stay in invisible storage attached to the trading post.
Like i see it Murkalael in your 2 screenshots, storage is full… barrel icon. You need to have space there to store in global storage.

Do you turn gold storage off in all other storage units?
Thats the point. And seems like theres an amount of gold you can keep at trading post, because after sometime (around 100k+), any gold from your global storage is not transferred to the trading post and it shows a full storage icon in it.
There is also a known bug where gold moving from trading post to central storage goes into some sort of magic bag - it’s still useable and appears in the total at top right, but you can’t find it in any of your storage or vault…
Thats a big problem because since you dont know where thos golds are, they may end up in a root cellar somewhere you can easilly be pilled.
That happened to me alot since the very beginning. Thats was when i started to focus storing gold and other expensive thing only in the vault (but they dont appear anyways…)
I didn’t knew that gold would end up on cellar. Might be a coincidence that this happened just when I started upgrading the town center. I believe a good solution for this issue, would be build a vault with stone and later upgrade it like every other building.
I receive a “No storage” message for gold but then, where all the collected gold from taxes go? currently I have 0 gold so i cannot afford to buy iron slabs to build a vault. What am i missing?
Storehouse that accepts gold and has space or a Vault.
It’s not a bug, it’s just an invisible storage. It’s basically how any other Building storage works, but it’s at the Trading Post and you don’t get to see what’s in it.

There is a storage at the Trading Post that can’t be viewed but works exactly like any other building storage.
