No silvercore bolts with Angrim but Ellis Quartermaster shows "already learned"

In Devil’s Crossing with Angrim the Forgemaster under Accessories and consumables shows I do not have Silvercore Bolts listed but Ellis the Quartermaster shows that the Blueprint for Silvercore Bolts is already learned. How do I get Silvercore Bolts in Agrim’s list so that I can make some?

Silvercore bolts is a rare blueprint/craft, so it’s not in alphabetical order in the orange section of what components you can craft at the blacksmith. Scroll further down and all the yellow/rare ones are listed in their own section just before the purple ones.

Hey TaraBara, thanks for the quick response. Found it under consumables past the orange ones to the yelow ones and on my list it’s last.
