I’m sure it’s pretty obvious to someone who isn’t new, but where do i find out how to craft my gear? I am building Jajaja’s Saboteur and it requires the Helm/Chest/Hands/Shoulders of Justice pieces. I think they are craftable but Graceful Dusk doesn’t confirm this or show how to. Is there a place I can get this stuff straight in my head - without owning the blueprint in game?

There is not. Unless you have a friend who already has the blueprint.
Search for the armor blueprints on gracefuldusk, that shows you both whether there is one and what you need to craft it
From the things you mentioned only helm is craftable by classic mean of that word and you do need recipe for it to make it.
Other pieces are acquired as a full item drop or by gambling at Tyrant hold BS.
