Grim tools say it’s in Ashes of Malmouth, but no other specifics. I’ve already killed boss there over and over, specifically, The Master of Flesh. Any hints or tips please?
It’s global drop, you can get it anywhere.
Best way to farm legs - shattered realm and crucible. Or hunt for champion mobs, if you cant do SR/crucible.

Oh if it says “ashes of malmouth” in grim tools it does not mean it only drops in AoM areas but rather that you need the AoM expansion for it to even exist. So you can still drop it out side Devils Crossing prison.
simmilar if an item says “forgotten gods”
Note, if an item have tag “MI” in grim tools, you have to see wherein the game those monsters that drop it spawn.
