Noob there... What's wrong pls :'(

Hi everyone,

I really like this game, 150hours played in few days…

But… I’m a little bit annoyed because of dying frequently. Boss generaly goes wrong many times before I win. :o

Actually I’m playing Warlock, with this build censored :undecided:

Found on this video censored :undecided: (links below :D)

Seems really powerfull and with a nice gameplay but… Doesn’t work with me. :furious:

I’m actually 41, yellow/green stuffed 2k health 3k energy.

(I’m not noob on h&s but english isn’t my mother tongue, it give me hard times for understand how works mechanics of spells etc…)

Any advices ? :stuck_out_tongue:

My build:cool::cool:
Where I found it:stuck_out_tongue:

2k health for your level is way too low for a start. You’re going to want some more points in your mastery bar and to start putting points into Physique to remedy that.

As a general rule that most people follow, you want ~100 health per level (so 4 100 in your case) and roughly 2 out of 3 of your points whilst levelling go into your mastery bar to provide enough core stats.

You can probably pull points out of skills like Maiven’s, 1-3 is enough during Normal in my experience, Inner Focus as well, you probably don’t need that maxed so early. Not sure how many points in Albrecht’s Aether Ray is good for Normal but you can probably lower that a bit too.

v1.0.0.6 is several versions back and the game has changed a bit since that build was made. Have a look here for more up to date Warlock builds which might be similar. v1.0.1.1 is the latest, but builds for v1.0.0.9 should still be viable.

Heya,

Looking over your stuff, I would say at your level, pull it back and re-spec a little and focus on one or two things. Right now, you’re deep into Arcanist so you can flesh out something there and you have a big spirit pool. You’re squishy, so you’ll need to attack at range and kite a lot probably, but it’s still totally doable.

Aether ray is an intensive build that doesn’t allow you to drop and run. Requires great gear, and it doesn’t really flesh out till later on. I would move it back to something else.

You’re not too deep on the occultist mastery, and you’re at a good spot with Dreeg’s blood access. Also, curse of Frailty is great for controlling mobs and slowing things down.

Suggestions to re-work this:

Focus on survival, so change up your play style and build with what you have, look at the skills that control mobs and slow down mobs. Look at attacks that are ranged and allow you to basically attack and run (kite) to avoid return fire.

Consider:

Occultist - Keep fleshing out Curse and its transmuter and Dreegs.

Arcanist - Flesh out Flash Freeze, pull back from Aether Ray and instead start looking at Shard or PRM as they will be less intense on energy. I would take points out of IEE and its transmuters, Maiven’s sphere and Aether ray, and instead push all that into Shard & PRM instead. Freeze and Curse everything and drop attacks and run.

Start putting points into Physique.

Very best,

Thanks for all your answers, seems rational.

Copy paste a late game build wasn’t smart

CUon ! (ahem, not really ^^)
