in your *.db already exist all items of your *,gds
when I go to collections tab, it showed “infinite/38” then crashed in ntqv3, but ntqv2 is still working fine. I really have no idea what went wrong.

This is my settings page
I cant show you the crash screen as the application crashed and shut itself down without showing any error message after the “infinite” item screen.
I cannot change the route to acces my save folder, when i try to click on browse button (three dots) NOTHING happens… Edited config file manually, my save folder line is white and fine but DB file is greyed out. Tried to manually create db and route it, but im stalling. It is USELESS so far… 
Yes im running with Admin priviliges. 
the game is the steam or the gog version? are you install the game wia its setup.exe (or kind of same)?

As you can see when i would like to click browse button nothing happens. And when i select default route your program is giving error message to me!
Yes i have steam version so my save file is under my steam installation and not in user files.

the message about an inaccessible path selected from list is bugged (just a flat copy from the TQ path-checking function), thanks for bugtracking, it will be fixed in next build/
but its just message bug. inner logic is ok.
so… i suppose you use cloud saves?
ntqv does not able to work with cloud saves
but…
here had fixed bug with “…”-buttons in the GD settings
i wonder what vervion of your game? and what dlc installed?

for one handed legendary weapon tab, some of the weapons were “hidden”
its interesting… the “collections” did not change at all in the last build (except for adding the “formulas” page)
