sry if this isn’t a bug/oversight and if so just take it as a mild suggestion tweak
Olexra’s Flash Freeze rank 1-8 doesn’t have the same “icy” centre fx rank 9+ does

Working as intended. The devs added the effects a long time ago.
Several skills (not all) act like this and gain effects at higher levels. Stronger skills should look cooler right?
