Where in the Steelcap District is Nadia for the quest Liberate the Liberators? Found Hyram no problem and have been running around this place checking every door and building possible. Any help would be great.
If Nadia and Hyram are the merchants you’re supposed to save then check every inch of Malmouth Harbor and Steelclap district

That double district threw me for a bit too, and then trying to find a way into the docks. Eventually got the quest that opens the doors and man, that was a serious pain in the chihuahua battle.
