Can anyone help me im trying to get the npc Balvoruuk to spawn to give me the quest everywhere ive been to says there is no prereguisite for it but he wont spawn im on elite diff and i have finished the main storyline and killed log.
I’m in ultimate and haven’t done this quest since the map change in b31, and I’m having the same problem finding him. Does anyone know where Balvoruuk is?
He’s SE of the Twin Falls riftgate, just east of the entrance to the Undercity. Should be easy to find just exploring the map. Do you have a screenshot of them not showing on the map?-
Thanks! I just logged out and logged back in and he was to the southeast of the undercity entrance like you say (kind of where he used to be). Not sure if I missed him before but that part of the map was explored, so just relog if that happens.
