So, after that nerf to Olerons rage, is it even worth to go full soldier tier and lvl that up?
I mean, will it be good at least for bleed builds?
I have range cadence commando, and bleed stack are usually win fights for me cause of “fighting form” cadence upgrade.
And if it no good, then i guess olerons not worth to upgrade in devotions too, right?

Oleron’s Rage remains a great source of % Offensive Ability, and more mastery-stats never hurt anyone (except your enemies).
Still miss the old OR, though. 
But will trauma damage even be good for range?
The Trauma damage doesn’t matter its just bonus damage, you pick up Oleron’s Rage for %OA & or Move speed
