This might be more a general question than specific to the Turtle Constellation.
When I’m at the last star in the constellation, it wants me to attach it to some skill - it pops up a list of possible skills. My question is about those skills - where am I supposed to find them? I see that some of them are skills I can obtain in my mastery tree, but some are not and I don’t know where to find them.
For example, I’m doing a Soldier/Nightblade build, and one of the skills I am offered when filling in the last star in the Turtle constellation is Oleron’s Rage. But That skill is nowhere in my mastery tree. Where is it? What am I not understanding?
