and it can’t freeze anything that doesn’t get brought below 100 freeze res, including Krieg phase 2 if you’re not using mageslayer/anything with 145+ freeze res

It doesn’t even freeze groble shamans. They can still heal while frozen!
In what situation? I can freeze pretty much anything, even that overgrown capibara.

i think that might be a quirk/bug with healing skills in general, enemies seem to be able to cast those through any crowd control.
