Is the -X% fire resistance on Olexra’s Flash Freeze only while the enemy is frozen, or for the full listed duration? I’d like to know as if it’s only while frozen, i don’t see it working as well for bossing.

It’s only while they’re frozen, would be ridiculously strong if the resist reduction worked on Bosses otherwise.

Forgot to mention but even though it doesn’t work on Bosses, most Heroes can still be frozen (Frozen and Unstoppable Heroes can’t off the top of my head) so it’s great when you run into packs of 3-5 that can be a pain to down.
Even one point (with some + skills) might not be a bad idea if you don’t mind pressing another button.
