I dont play PT, so I’m confused: Those are Blade Spirits, not familiars?
But if the change is that they dont teleport anymore and still keep up, that’s great indeed !!

Looks like the pet gained the player’s speed buffs as stated in the patch notes.

Yea theyre blade spirits and now they benefit from player speed making them faster based on those patch notes. They were slower than before

I think it also covers guardians and the deathstalker/nemesis relic as well since theyre player based pets

No, Summon Familiar is the Raven you can summon from the Occultist mastery.
oh i mistook “familiar” for “similar”, and then thought that means pets similar to summoned creatures😵💫so silly
Game just keeps getting more polished and QoL. I love it.
