One part of farming that makes no sense

I’d argue that weeds and rockiness should go up faster without added maintenance instead of starting high after years of tilling and preparing the field (just to add further years of maintenance/tilling) and magically reappearing after retilling the same field. It doesn’t seem to be much of a problem keeping weeds and rocks down after the years you spent getting the numbers down. It basically has it’s highest difficulty at the start, which may not be ideal.

In v0.75d? So the wiki on farming is wrong/outdated and grazing on clover works again?

It wasn’t a problem of field size before for most players.

Yeah, it should start lower, but be harder to keep super-low, imho.

I’ve just got up and doing the forums. Not loaded the latest patch yet. The patch notes don’t seem to mention any change in grazing? I am still on c. Well the cows grazing was allowed to be set for the field unlike when I tried with smaller fields. I have not had a chance to see the longer term effect on the cows

dumb question, how do I use someone’s quote in my response?

Highlight it with the cursor and the hit quote. That’ll put it in the reply box for you.

LOL! Weed trouble varies. Here’s a true story: In 1996, I went from my home in Florida to Port Orchard, Washington, to be a bone marrow donor for my brother. My sister-in-law had a garden, and she complained about her weeds. I was amused – I saw a weed there, a little weed over there, another little weed over here . . . When I got home to Florida after a six-month absence, my own garden was overwhelmed with weeds. I mean, it was wall-to-wall weeds. And some of them were 7 feet tall! So these weeds in the game don’t bother me that much. :upside_down_face:
