I don’t know if Banana tried Stormfangs yet 1.3.0.8 Stormfang Evoker 6 Projectile Cold Devastation [SR40 + All Celestials]?
But i think it highlights part of the “always” much griped part about devas, CD is just too long, and it forces the “only” decent or even “viable” build form of it to stack tons of CDR (in the old days at the cost of everything else on top)
*i know a lot of people don’t like static skills, so Stormfangs WoA might not already going to be a “meta” favourite, but i actually enjoy(ed) it. To me it doesn’t feel OP(i didn’t play Lion’s setup but still +2 projts version), but it also doesn’t feel bad. It’s somehow making both EoR static channel and big cdDevas fun to play (to me).
